  3.                        The user-supported concept:

  5. Anyone  may request a copy of a user-supported program by sending
  6. a blank,  formatted  disk to the  author  of  the  program along 
  7. with a contribution. An addressed, postage paid return mailer
  8. must accompany the disk(no exceptions please).
  9. A copy of the program, with documentation, will be sent by return
  10. mail. The  program will carry a notice suggesting a contribution
  11. to  the  program's author. Making a contribution  is  completely
  12. voluntary on the part of the user.
  13. Regardless  of  whether a contribution is  made,  the  user  is
  14. encouraged to share  the program  with  others. User-supported
  15. programs  are not licensed. Payment for use is discretionary on
  16. the part of each subsequent user.
